01 General Terms & Conditions

Bd1o (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online entertainment service provider offering a range of gaming, Sports Betting, and lottery services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bd1o and its members.

By using the bd1o website or app, registering, or accessing any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using bd1o's services.

Bd1o reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Registration & Eligibility

To register and use bd1o's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Use of bd1o by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and must not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Each person may register only one bd1o account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Accounts must be opened for personal use only — not on behalf of another person or for any commercial purpose.

Bd1o may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID or other valid documentation. If verification is not completed, your account may be temporarily suspended.

03 Account Management

You are fully responsible for keeping your bd1o account secure. Please keep the following in mind when managing your account:

• Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• Always log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact bd1o Support immediately.
• Sharing your account credentials with a third party or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Please contact our support team to update any personal information on your account.

Bd1o will not be liable for any transactions carried out on your account by an unauthorized party. However, if you report the issue promptly, we will assist in resolving it.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on bd1o:

• Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.
• The minimum deposit amount will be listed on bd1o's Promotions page.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. bd1o is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or mobile banking services.
• Withdrawals are generally sent to the same mobile banking number used to make the deposit.
• For suspicious transactions, bd1o reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending verification.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bd1o offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Before claiming any offer, please take note of the following:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement, which is clearly stated on the offer page.
• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only. The same person may not claim the bonus through multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become eligible for withdrawal after the required wagering amount has been met.
• Bd1o reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bd1o finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings from the account.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and all other gaming activities on bd1o:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless bd1o itself cancels the match or event.
• In the event of a match cancellation or draw, bd1o's own rules will apply, as detailed on the Match Odds page.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bd1o reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Bd1o is not responsible if a bet placed during live betting is not accepted due to a delayed submission caused by network issues.
• Bd1o may void any bet associated with suspected match-fixing or manipulation, following an investigation.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd1o and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through fraud, deception, or false information.
• Attempting to manipulate the bd1o system using software, bots, or any automated means.
• Selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Using bd1o for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to bd1o's systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

• Bd1o does not sell your personal information to third parties.
• Your information will not be shared with the government or any other organization unless required by law.
• All data is stored on SSL-encrypted, secure servers.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time; however, doing so will require closing your account.

09 Limitation of Liability

Bd1o is not liable for any losses arising from the following situations:

• Issues with a bet or game due to internet disconnection.
• Service is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical error.
• When a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.

Bd1o is committed to delivering the highest quality of service at all times. Should any unexpected disruption occur, we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

10 Amendment of Terms & Account Closure

Bd1o reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of any changes:

• Members will be notified via email or in-app notification before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Regarding account closure:

• You may request account closure at any time.
• Bd1o may close an account without prior notice in the event of a rule violation.
• Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded. Bonus funds, however, will not be returned.
